Apart the problems you have mentioned on MinGW, I think bigloo4.1a is now ready.
Do you think you could give me the patch you are mentioning in the coming days?
I will release this version as soon as your patch will be integrated. Thanks

These two functions were used for marshalling/unmarshalling objects in
older versions. They are been removed when the objects serialization has
changed (I would say a year ago or so).
