West River Drive closings will begin at 7am on Saturday April 6. The entire drive is closed to 12 noon when the Sweetbriar Drive to Ben Franklin Parkway segment reopens for traffic. The River Drive opens to all Traffic at 5p. The closings are in effect every weekend until the end of October.
