John - I am glad that you reminded us that West River Drive closures will begin this month.    The Bicycle Coalition, with a lot of support from Philadelphia's cycling community, worked very hard to make these closures a reality.  It's important that we get out there and enjoy the benefits of our advocacy.   Jeff F. >>> John Boyle <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 04/01/02 10:51PM >>> West River Drive closings will begin at 7am on Saturday April 6. The entire drive is closed to 12 noon when the Sweetbriar Drive to Ben Franklin Parkway segment reopens for traffic. The River Drive opens to all Traffic at 5p.
