There are a couple items on the agenda that may be of interest to
bicyclists:
1. ADOPT ID 32724 Resolution accepting an Offer to Purchase from Donald
R and Rhonda J. Moore for a portion of a City-owned parcel located at
617 Ring Street.
This parcel is adjacent to a bike path that branches off the east rail
corridor path. The residents want to purchase the roughly triangular
area of land (sitting next to the red trailer in the following images) -

5. ID 32715 Ordinance amending 10.17 and 10.18(3) to clarify regulations
regarding placement of brush, leaves and yard waste for refuse
collection SUGGESTION ACTION: To approve staff report and refer
Ordinance to City Attorney for redrafting.
The change in the ordinance includes language prohibiting placement of
brush on bicycle lanes and paths.
