good point, Jeff. I quit using Gorham and Johnson as east west through
routes years ago because those streets are only plowed for cars - the snow
is just pushed into the bike lane (or used to be) leaving less than a foot
between a solid wall of ice and the white line, and, because I'm a creature
of habit, I just never went back to using those routes in the summer.
