That's interesting.  I wasn't aware that Chicago's climate was so much
milder than ours.

But seriously...  wouldn't it be nice to have Bike Winter events in Madison?

Perhaps we could have a second Bike to Work Week in January.  Or an artbike
lantern parade sometime around the winter solstice.

Anyone interested?
