I presume you have already included:

* People will think you are really tough.
* It's a great wake up during low-light hours.
* Beats off cabin fever
* Less winter fat layer

Here's a few more:

You need fewer clothes when you leave the house. 'cause you'll be sweating
soon.

No need to toughen up your butt again in the spring

Your legs look great on spring break

Wind burn is very attractive when everyone else is pale as a ghost all winter

If you get snowed in, it's easier to put your bike on the bus than your car

You never have to shovel the driveway

It's warmer than standing at a bus stop (or waiting for the car to defog the
windows)

Since I never mountain bike, it's a chance to try out those knobby tires that
came on the bike.

Fun to sneak up on the ice fishermen on the lake

Love to get a jump on fair-weather bicyclists in my milage. ("What do you mean
you've already gone 500 miles? It's only Marchm, and the snow hasn't melted
yet!")

The smile freezes on your face

If you fall, the extra clothes pad you (and you slide on ice instead of skid on
pavement.)

Gotta take every moment of sun you can

For the guys: icicles on the mustache and beard makes you look like a mountain
climber.
