Renee, the announcement of bike detours is nice, but the signing 
is terrible.  The signs don't indicate that they are bike detours.  
Your detours are not working.

Madison has had some good examples of how bike detours should 
look.  (Isthmus Path detour from Livingston to Paterson, South 
Shore bike route detour and Brittingham Park Path detour, even the 
John NoLane Path detour around the Monona Terrace 
Construction.)
