Channel3000 reported on an accident where a cyclist was hit by a vehicle and killed while riding in the dark in Rock County yesterday morning.
Along with the details of the accident, Channel3000 also posted a survey asking what safety precaution do you take while riding in the dark. An alarming 26 percent or respondents or 149 people responded that "You shouldn't bike in the dark".
