I have never gotten good results from the Police Dept. However
Captain (or is it Lt.) Silverwood has taken an interest in the past.
We might want to have a discussion with him.

For now I would take a two pronged approach.

1) On the scene I would take the middle of the street and bike
slower and ignore the vehicle driver as if he/she wasn't there.
He/she is not going to do anything dangerous with a street full of
witnesses. Perhaps next time he/she will not consider this a short
cut. The speed limit is 15 mph on State.

2) Note the time, vehicle name & number, telephone number on
vehicle and the section the driver was on. Then call his/her
employer. After all we are potential customers of the business and
this driver is presenting a bad image.
