P'raps DHL could (if they were so inclined, and that's a BIG IF) identify the 
truck and driver, based on location and time. Just a thought.

Re. the suggestion to get the info and call, I would add a suggestion to do so 
on the scene. Fake it if you have to; hold your hand to your cheek as if you're 
using a cell phone. When such a driver even _thinks_ you're on the phone to 
her/his boss and/or the cops, s/he may think twice about trying such a stunt 
again.
