I got this e-mail from a guy that was harassed by a DHL delivery truck on
State street. Any suggestions for him?

Hi John,
Yesterday, I was riding home up State St. and a DHL delivery van was
riding my butt, honking its horn. When I pointed to the 'Do Not Enter'
sign, the driver started screaming. As it turned out, he wasn't even
making a delivery on State St. He was just using it as a four or five
block short cut.
This sort of thing seems to be getting worse. I filed a police report, but
that won't do anything. Is there any particular group I can get involved
with to maybe get the police to ticket the vehicals that just drive up the
street and then turn off and go on their way? I can understand that
deliveries have to be made, but there is no reason for a vehical to be on
State St. for more than one block.
