A while back it was noted on this list serve that one section of the Capital City Trail Path within the City did not have its centerline repainted. This section was from Dennett to Dempsey. Some thought it was intentional. After talking to a couple of folks, I now believe the painting contractor accidentally forgot to do it. This section switches to other side of the RR tracks at Dempsey and contractor probably thought the path ended there.
I wish that one of the city folks on this list serve would have checked out why Dennett to Dempsey was not painted. If they would have it might have been painted by now. Thanks.
