The entire bike road, from Marquette to Dempsey (haven't seen the extension yet) needs to be redone, or seriously repaired.  Also, there are two sections, one just to the east and one just to the west of the sidewalk built between the two Kipps (right at Marquette St.) that get filled its entire width by ice (at night and early morning) and water (after the temperature rises) for much of February and March.  My informing city staff of this has not resulted in any fixes.

I don't think it was intentional.  I was just thinking maybe they were planning to fix all the ruts along that stretch and then maybe it would get painted.  My Burley goes "ker-bang kerbang!" every ten feet or less, and I am not exaggerating.  Watching my daughter's head continuously slap against the seat if she is silly enough to fall asleep during a ride is upsetting.  I'd really like to see this get patched, though there are other spots, including along Monona Drive alongside the golf course, and behind Woodman's East, that are in similar disrepair.
