Your kind of problem should be brought to the attention of your alder person. Or make a presentation to the City Council like a bunch of residents from the city's south side did last week. They got results. Or make a nasty comment to the Mayor. I hear there is even a complaint box on the city web site now.
The point is, don't silently accept the poor bus service you are getting. If you're getting poor service, you can bet that others in your area are, too. The City of Madison subsidizes Madison Metro transit to the tune of $5.5 million and city residents deserve better than that bus routes that take over an hour and a half to complete.
But unless you complain to those who are in a position to respond, expect your complaint to continue, unabated.
