Rob's response answers my question.  I was a little concerned because
Chuck's comments seemed indicate that the University *might* add a few
parking spaces as long as they didn't increase certain ratio of parking
spaces to employees or floor space or whatever.  But Rob's answer is
unequivocal, and I'm reassured.

(Also, I'd forgotten that Rob Kennedy is the campus transportation
planner.  Rob has a long history of transportation activism.  Obviously,
as a lowly planner, he doesn't have the last word on UW decisions about
parking and transportation, but his presence on the staff is a sign, at
least, of good intentions.)
