a) some kids are big enough to need small adult bikes, and b) if they can't give it away, they can refurbish it and sell it (often for enough money to pay for many kids helmets, e.g.)

I've noticed what appears to be an abandoned bicycle near where I
regularly park my bike at work. Not locked, but it has a flat
tire. No license tag. So far it hasn't been vandalized. Its a
decent new-looking entry level mountain bike with a front shock and
shock seat post.

Any ideas for finding a good home for this bike before it gets
vandalized or stolen "again"? (I do not want to be party to a
previous crime!)
