PROTECTED]),
Exec. Director of the Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin or from Tom Huber
([EMAIL PROTECTED]), WisDOT State Bike/Ped Coordinator. Both are much more
knowledgeable on bicycle related subjects than Lt. Patricia Hansen of the State
Patrol. The
State Patrol for example has little interaction with bicycles on state
highways. Lt. Hansen's
response was less than accurate.
