apologies for use of obscure terminology. It's not my terminology. I
figured that since the city staff used it freely that it must be some
sort of standard.
table-top:
the bikes stay on a flat plane and the cars go up and then down
rather than the bikes go down and then up.
i.e. the Isthmus Bike Path stays level and the street goes over a
hump to cross the bike path.
