I think 149 Waubesa might be the old Kupfer Ironworks building/Durline Scale, soon to be a community center. Work has just begun on demolition this week. I don't think bike parking has been installed yet. The Oasen Plumbing building on Cottage Grove and Johns appears to be mostly complete, but I didn't check for bike racks. 301 S. Livingston is where the city of Madison unconscionably gave the builder permission not only to block the sidewalk, but to block half of the street, and enclose it with a chainlink fence, which made westbound travel on the adjacent bike path extremely unsafe and hazardous. What I see is a fairly good history of recommending good bike parking. My question is, can anyone on this list comment on the resulting quality of the bike parking in some of the locations that turn up in the search?
