I have it on good authority from a deep inside source in City IT that the 
"Report a Problem" site detects messages from any Email address, domain name, 
IP address or pseudonym that Wong might use, and filters them into a network 
black hole. Oh, and Tim, don't bother going to some anonymous sprawl-burbian 
Internet cafe; the site also makes use of the latest keyboard fingerprint 
sensor technology to determine th... er... you weren't supposed to know about 
that. Uhm, never mind.
