As of a little after 1 p.m., the Law Park bike path alongside the Enemy Citadel
(Monona Terrace) was cluttered with a lot of debris from the lake. There was
even a boulder on the path. I'm sure if this were an equivalent major car road
(East Wash, the Beltline, University Ave.), it would have been cleared in
minutes. If it can't be cleared by nightfall, warning lights should be put up.
I cleared part of it, but there was a little excess when I went around the
corner, late as I was for work already.
