the Law Park bike path was built in the '70s. I think the path from Marquette
to Blair was opened in late 1993, possibly early 1994. It was completed
several months before it officially "opened."

college scholarships, 12,478 teachers' salaries, 95,364 Head Start placements,
or 6,482 new homes," according to the American Friends Service Committee,
quoted in 10/15/07 Nation.

The path from Marquette to Dempsey was open way before 1995 as was the John
Nolen Path. The Isthmus Path was opened in 1995.
