Ever notice how when a car trips a controlled traffic light in the
middle of the night the light turns green immediately, but when a
pedestrian pushes the walk button in the middle of the night there is
always a mandatory 30-60 second delay? Can someone prove that the
controllers aren't deliberately programmed that way?
