Are we supposed to complain to the city when the snow is piled so high on the
sidewalk corner that it's dangerous/impossible to reach the push button? Or is
my assumption that the city has other priorities correct?

Who do I tell that the walk light button on Research Park Drive and Whitney Way
freezes whenever the temp is below 20? Do you use the same form as for traffic
violations? I deal with this almost every morning in the winter. There are
steady streams of people jaywalking across Whitney Way because it's impossible
to get a walk light. I keep thinking I should pack a hammer or mallet in my bag
to see if that gets the walk button moving, but there's always the concern that
someone will mistake me for a saboteur and I'll get a vandalism citation and a
big fat fine.
