While I agree that a small kiddy car is a nuisance on the bike path (and there is the whole electric powered vs. Human powered thing)... it's probably equal to the hundred fast moving bike racers, 50 wandering dogs, dozens of IPODDED joggers who are oblivious, and others that I pass weekly on my commute.
As they are MUPS (multi-use paths) I tend to employ slowing down and expeditious ringing of my brass bell to alert all of the above that I am passing. I find it works well with all except the IPODDERS. What to do with them?
