I'm not sure, is this guy an idoit or a jerk? Maybe "tool" is the
best description:
When asked why he didn't just ride away after the "get a light"
comment, Dunlavy apparently told police he felt extremely insulted
by the statement.
"He didn't think anyone had a right to tell him he should have a
light on his bike," DeSpain said.
Hey pal, this is America. People have the right to tell you that you
should wear a banana peel for a hat if they want to. Its called free
speech. The thing is that you don't have to listen if you don't want
to.
Shouldn't this guy also get a traffic violation for riding without
lights at night? That would be some nice icing on the cake.
