A question for those with legal expertise on list : It would seem that
the greatest public good would be served by removing this jackass from
the roadways for good. Would a letter of petition to the DA or court
have any sway in this matter ? I'm guessing we could get a few hundred
signatures by the 20th ....

It is very possible that Tracy Sorum will indeed have his license
suspended as he was arrested for his 3rd OWI on 10-03-2008. A conviction
would result in another 6 points on his license and put him over the 12
point per year limit.
Tracy's Settlement conference with Shelley Gaylord is scheduled for 9:30
am this Friday (December 19th) on the 5th Floor, Courtroom 5B.
