Yes, keeping goggles clear is another major challenge in this weather. Whenever my nose is covered enough to be warm, the face mask interferes with my goggles and leaks my breath into them. Has anyone solved this problem, and want to share?

You have to get the face mask to seal completely below your eyes. (You'll have a crease in your face for a while.) The goggles must be well ventilated. I punch a row of holes across the top of the lens, and remove the foam from the sides and bottom. I find the top must be sealed, or my eyes water too much, though some small vents in the top might help.

If you can find them, some clear double-lens ski goggles might work better. One friend claims they work well for downhill skiing, even with glasses, with no ventilation. (Ventilation makes them fog up.) If anyone knows where to get some with clear lenses, I'd like to know.
