Outdoor Research makes a balaclava with removable chin cover and nose cover.
Totally windproof with cozy fleece liner, fits under helmet, very little
skin exposed. Costs a little more, but these are the days where your money
pays off..

For what it is worth, windproof gear works wonders. And for the nose I wear
a fleece headband around my face between my goggles and my scarf/balaclava
so that the tip of my nose is covered.
