Randall is already a pedestrian's nightmare. To get from University to
Monroe using sidewalks you have to cross the street multiple times
because of all the "Sidewalk Closed Use Other Side" obstructions. If
so many sections of sidewalks are closed, shouldn't pedestrian lanes be
