A few weeks ago John Jacobs alerted us to the fact that there was a lot of trash along the SW Trail from The Cap City Trail to Hamersley. City crews went out and got a lot the trash picked up but some still remains.
Kids at the MSCR after school program will pick up trash along the trail on Earth Day April 22nd. They will start around 3:45 and wrap up around 4:30. You are welcome to help out though I know this isn't the best time for most of you. Please bring your own work gloves. You can meet on on trail or stop at the Community Learning Center at the corner of Allied and Jenewin. People are working on getting refreshments.
