Why, it's at the end of Tocora Lane, of course. ;-)

Tocora Lane is a long block south of Mineral Point Road and it currently
dead ends at the Research Park. The cut through will give access to
Research Park from the east and allow bicyclists to avoid either riding on
Mineral Point Road or having to go up the Tokay Blvd hill from Segoe Rd to
access the businesses in Research Park.

Construction on the Tocora cut through has well and truly begun. I was
actually able to ride across almost all the way (though it was a LOT easier
this evening after the soil had dried out a bit)
I know that the plan was to complete the path this fall, but I was dubious.
Nice follow-through, folks. Thanks.
