Incident Type Accident - Injury Incident Date 10/20/2009 - 12:00 AM Address 4300 Blk Melody Ln Victim 23 year old male Details At approx. 9:23 pm, Madison Police was dispatched to the 4300 block of Melody Ln reference a MV/PED. The 23 yr old Madison resident was riding his bicycle EB on Crest Line Dr when a collision occurred with a Madison Metro Bus. The 23 yr old male was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. At this time the collision is still under investigation .
