Not to mention the blind-spot-creating jogs in the path direction at each 
bridge, along 
with the illegal fishing (which this project won't affect, presumably). Yeah, I 
remember 
in my early roadie days here, thinking it was cool when I could "get air" 
coming off the 
overpasses. That was with old-school 36-spokers, before I wound up with a bike 
with a set 
of them newfangled hardly-any-spokes wheelsets. Nowadays, jumping those 
transitions, uh 
not so much. I imagine just about anything would be an improvement (famous last 
words...).
