I would help shoot this. Maybe the overpass at JN Terrace would be an
obvious outlook that would not require a crane. Unfortunately the car
traffic (i.e. jam-southwest bound toward the causeway at 5 pm weekly) would
all be facing away from the camera... I can think of no other location where
the shooter could get above the roadway without powertools, a kite or
climbing gear. Could maybe get up on the large billboard on East Wash at
Brearly (my favorite intersection!)  That corner is jammed with lazy
commuters one-up in their cars every morning pilling in from Sun Prairie
etc. If I was a cop, I could bust a driver on every yellow light at that
intersection. It is madness!

PS- wasn't RideTheDrive3 once scheduled for the waste-side Vilas/Monroe
neighborhood at one point? When did this change? I like the idea of moving
it around. Spread the joy you know!
