I have the Hella HL 2000, sold in US by Peter White Cycles. It's small,
battery powered (AA size, can be purchased with rechargables and charger you
just plunk the light into), mounts on helmet with straps easily, not
affected by rain, has a 'top cutoff' so doesn't shine in others' eyes.
Little pricey, but worth it, I think.

Is there such a thing?  I've managed to fog up any sort of goggles I've
worn, though that may be due to having glasses on underneath.  But when I've
got a face mask on, unless I stop breathing ...
