Now that it has official federal sanction, it is know as the Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon. The one at Mifflin and Blair is modified with the addition of a bicycle signal for Mifflin Street (we have federal approval to experiment with the bicycle signal), so we are calling it a Pedestrian & Bicyclist Hybrid Beacon.
