They needed to use different equipment than they usually do to clear the eastbound bike lane on University Ave due the large volume of snow. They typically us a plow on a truck but for this stom are using a front end loader and a couple of dump trucks to clear the snow. Last night they completed from Bassett to Park St. Tonight at midnight they will continue from Park going west to the end.
