Looks like, completely redundantly, ALL THREE car lanes are open. I would love to see the rationalization behind plowing THREE lanes in one direction and ZERO lanes in the other. It also looks like most of the snow in the eastbound lane (why aren't the westbound lanes called "contraflow car lanes?) was pushed there BY the plow for the westbound car lane. If a citizen pushes snow into a street traffic lane, s/he can be ticketed. Why doesn't that apply here, esp. given this has, in effect, closed a major thoroughfare?
