A vehicle that burns a litre to go one km is going to emit way more C02
than one that goes 25 on the same litre-- 25 times more per unit
distance. Assertions that mopeds are worse offenders on emissions than
consumer trucks are based upon a definition of emissions that's decades
past its pull date.
