Not sure how this fits but there was a previous article saying the underpass at Univ and Spring Harbor school had been approved (yay!) in the plans for the Univ rebuild happening soon(?). At one time it was not going to be rebuilt, due to a cost of 1mil$ for a new one (boo!).
