Heather Crest is perhaps the only street in that area that isn't being chip sealed this time around. Perhaps it's in line for a resurfacing in the next few years as parts of it, especially on the Blackhawk end, have gotten pretty rough.

Many of those streets being done don’t have sidewalks as alternatives,
either, so the only continuous sidewalk route detour appears to be
Bluff-Blackhawk-Regent, and maybe Heather Crest-Owen.

The sealing on Bluff/Kendall will end at Franklin, not Farley, as the
block of Kendall between the two F’s was rebuilt only about four years ago.
