Afternoon Alder Rummel After further review, the following change has been downloaded to the above intersection controller: >From March thru mid April, and from 3rd week of September thru October, we >changed the start of flashing operation for the signals from 7 p.m. to a 9 >p.m. on weeknights. Weekends are unchanged and go into flash at 7 p.m. This then provides the overall yearly times of operation according to the following: >From March thru mid April, signal set to start flashing at 9 p.m. every night. >7 p.m. weekends. >From Mid April thru 3rd week of September, signal set to start flashing at 9 >p.m. every night. >From 3rd week of September thru October, signal set to start flashing at 9 >p.m. every night and 7 p.m. weekends. >From November thru February, signal set to start flashing at 7 p.m. weeknights >and 6 p.m. weekends. This will address the concerns raised by xx There may be complaints raised by motorists for having to stop to what appears to them to be for no reason. There is no solution to this concern. Our goal is to accommodate a balanced street and this is a major bike crossing we wish to accommodate. Let me know if there are any questions.
