I got this clarification from city staff, so mea culpa. Clarification: The two lights at Council crest are the type being proposed. The fixture is the same as the one by Ken’s house, and they are spaced to roughly approximate the typical proposed spacing.****
** Originally the two at Council Crest had an earlier (whiter and brighter) version of the LED fixture. But when the third test fixture at Ken’s was put up last June, the fixtures were changed at Council Crest also. So anyone who has seen the fixtures at Council Crest since June has seen the newer proposed fixtures.
