I stopped by the new Batch Bakehouse (located in old Cronometro space) this morning and there was some discussion of the need for bike racks out in front of the building. Previously, the strip in front of this location was a bus stop and so bike racks weren't an option. However, the stop has since been moved and there is no longer a practical reason not to have bike parking along this strip. According to the folks at Batch, the strip still hasn't been "rezoned" and until it has they can not have bike parking.
To whom should I advocate for this to happen? My Alder, the Alder for that neighborhood? Thanks, Martin
