Dear Robbie,

Thanks for information on the Utah law. Here is a proposed law that if passed, 
will negatively affect injured bicyclists in Wisconsin.

One problem with this proposed law is that most people don't care until they 
get hit by a car, and then it is too late because the law has already been 
passed.   

I have contacted my representatives and asked them to vote against this absurd 
law.  I hope other bicyclists do the same.
