Thanks, George. It is SB 21 and the BFW is reviewing it.

Has Rep Jacque´s proposed bill the "jury information act" been introduced

Griessmeyer's blog, it
sounds like this is something we need to fight against.

Having recently served on a jury for 5 days in a civil case, I can say without
doubt that (in
general) keeping the jury ignorant of all of the relevant facts is how things
work. It defied
common sense. Yet as jurists we were instructed to use common sense to arrive
at a
decision in our case. We did the best we could given the limited information
that was allowed
to be shared. In the end I, as a jurist, felt as violated by the process as the
plaintiff did which
prompted him to bring suit against a villainous defendant.

Dear Robbie,
Thanks for information on the Utah law. Here is a proposed law that if passed,
will negatively
affect injured bicyclists in Wisconsin.

One problem with this proposed law is that most people don't care until they
get hit by a car,
and then it is too late because the law has already been passed. I have
contacted my
representatives and asked them to vote against this absurd law. I hope other
bicyclists do
the same.
Fare thee well,

Some interesting examples of when this law could be applied - and not all
