Matt: You may have "better" sources (I am doubtful), but you seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of the differences between the governor's proposed budget and the final, legislature approved budget. There is all sorts of stuff in the proposed budget that will never come to fruition which is what Bill was referencing when he asked if you are clairvoyant. I will wager that we won't see any school vouchers in Madison despite them being in the budget. The cuts in bicycle funding may still be there in the final budget, and they may not. The governor's budget is certainly cause for concern, but it isn't the final word. You have a knack for pointing out anything and everything negative you can possibly find and then belittling people who are working to improve the very things you have highlighted. While it is good to ensure the community is aware of these issues, perhaps you should spend more of your time actually working to effect positive change instead of running around like Chicken Little all day long.
