It was open this week Tuesday when I rode it last. Access along Langdon and at the M.U. construction site at Langdon and Park is a bit unpleasant for those with an aversion to noise, diesel and dust, but in this interlude between spring semester and summer school, traffic congestion is much improved from the past many weeks.
The area around the hospital has some lane constrictions at U.
